Careers

Build the team that runs the room and the software beneath it.

We're an events company becoming a product company. That means rare seats: people who love show day, and people who love shipping. Sometimes the same person.

Why here

Work that ships, and a stage that doesn't forgive slop.

Our work is real and high-stakes — hundreds of medical and scientific congresses where a mistake is not an option. That standard is the best teacher there is.

01
Real stakes, real proof

Whatever you build or run goes live in front of thousands. You'll see the impact of your work the same week, not the same quarter.

02
Two crafts, one roof

Production and product sit in the same room. Engineers watch their software on show floor; producers shape the roadmap. Few places let you do both.

03
Early on the journey

We're building the platform now. Join early enough that the systems, the standards and the culture still have your fingerprints on them.

What you'll do
  • Own flows from research and wireframe to polished UI.
  • Design across web and on-site mobile experiences.
  • Build and maintain a consistent design system.
  • Partner closely with engineering to ship the real thing.

What you'll do
  • Own test plans, regression suites and release sign-off.
  • Build automated tests for critical event workflows.
  • Run pre-event readiness checks and load testing.
  • Triage live issues fast and drive them to resolution.
